Hello, I know the Andor 1 can sync one video to multiple monitors, and I know if I bought 2 I could sync those and have two separate videos synced on two separate monitors. But was looking for other options that you might have tried? Would love the ability to sync 4 different videos on 4 different projectors or monitors for example. Thanks!
At that point I would get a computer with four separate outputs and run each one as it’s own screen with software syncing them.
for sure, that is where I’m headed, but just wanted to see if anyone happen to know of a hardware solution.
Even with a decent gaming computer you will still only get 3 external outputs + 1 control monitor. To go further you will need a desktop with multiple video cards or something like a datapath fx4 (examples below). And software like Resolume Arena or TouchDesigner to play and map the content.

BZBGear 2x2 (medium $): https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1608585-REG/bzb_gear_bg_uhd_vw2x2_2x2_4k_60hz_hdmi.html

If you get an older card e.g. GTX 1080, it can have five outputs. I had one for many years but eventually took it out in favor of a new RTX 3060. If anyone wants my old GTX 1080, I will sell it to them.
As far as I am aware, all nVidia GTX and RTX series cards can only run 4 simultaneous pixel clocks. The card may have 5 or more physical outputs but, can only run 4 at a time.
Oh, I didn’t know that. Thanks
