So now that I have been getting more versed with my LZX system and doing some events at our synth club I have found the need for a switch. My current plan was to be able to use one of 2-3 video sources to our big TV or projector and be able to work on patches or feeds while one is running. And to avoid the whole unplugging and re plugging in sources. Sounded basic but Im failing with my ATEM SDI pro ISO.
The ATEM is running fine but Im having a heck of a time getting sources to populate in it.
Desired sources to run:
LZX gen3 system with ESG, ET Structure, Laptop or Ipad with lumen or Resolume, Preview with my Blackmagic Video Assist 7" 12G HDR.
My current pile of stuff for this project:
ATEM SDI pro ISO, Teranex mini, BM analog to SDI, Micro Converter BiDirectional SDI/HDMI 3G, Mini Converter UpDownCross HD,
So far I have LZX > Teranex > ATEM. It only will show one format (I will go back and find that and update). Other than that I have yet to get more sources showing.
If anyone is running a similar setup or has tips I would be happy to hear them.
