Screen for memory palace dvi output

I’m just wondering what kind of screens people are using with the dvi output on the memory palace?
I’ve only tried one that didn’t seem to like the output so far
I’m going to try capturing via that output next through some black magic devices
are you actually getting a dvi screen or going with HDMI?
what kind of things are good to look for in newer HDMI/dvi screens for this purpose?

so I’ve just tried out two more HDMI TVs that didn’t work
I’ll look at the thrift shop next i suppose

I’ve only tried with a couple of cheap old flat panel TVs but so far they work if MP is powered up with the DVI/HDMI already connected. Plugging in when it’s on does nothing.
