I’ve been capturing my output from VC into a thunderbolt Intensity Shuttle with no issues. However, I hooked an up Andor 1 to my VC via an HMDI to Ypbpr converter today, which gets external video into my system no problem. However, anytime that my VC is synced to the external source, the image goes black on my Intensity Shuttle capture. Any suggestions for what I could do to solve this? Thank you.
